My name is Dr. Nicole Lippman-Barile and I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and I care tremendously about your mental health.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, one of the most effective evidence based therapies that help to treat psychological disorders. After becoming certified as a nutritional therapist and realizing that much of the information that I was taught was inaccurate, I have since dedicated my time to understanding the diet mental health relationship to better understand how to incorporate food and other lifestyle interventions in combination with CBT interventions, to create mental health for my individual patients. I wanted to create a comprehensive course that helps you create your own mental health using these same principles.
