It's time to take care of your mental health and well-being


My name is Dr. Nicole Lippman and I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist. I've been working one on one with individuals for over 10 years helping people manage a variety of mental health disorders including depression, OCD, and anxiety with the goal of creating sustainable mental wellness.


I am professionally trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, one of the most effective evidence based therapies that help to treat psychological disorders. Soon after receiving my doctorate I enrolled in a program to become a "Nutritional Therapy Practitioner" via what I thought was a legitimate organization. I later discovered that much of the information I learned through the course was inaccurate and that the title as a Nutritional Therapist was not legitimate. I have since dedicated my time to understanding the diet-mental health relationship and the real science that supports lifestyle interventions in order to help people navigate this information accurately and practically. My goal was to create a comprehensive course that provides you with information about lifestyle modifications from a practical perspective with an emphasis on what really matters based on the current evidence to support these changes.




The Course


There is a very real discrepancy between information about how to create brain health from the scientific literature and what the public knows about how to do so. This course is intended to help bridge that gap and help you understand the practical ways in which you can create a healthy brain using evidence based scientific research.

This course is designed for you to understand some of the science behind why these practical behaviors work and why they are so important for your own mental health. Each module, and hence foundation, is a lifestyle intervention and factor that has been shown through research to influence your mental health. At the end of each module, you will receive actionable tips and worksheets that will help you get started with implementing these interventions right away.
